Thank you, everyone who was able to join us for the 2014/15 ski season. This winter was one of the coldest we’ve had in many years. With all the natural and man made snow, both Windham and Hunter Mountains were able to have a great base well into March. The skiing conditions were great this year and the new trails added to both mountains were a lot of fun. If you missed them, there is always next year.

Speaking of next year, if you buy your seasons pass to Windham Mountain or Hunter Mountain now, you’ll save some money. Its never to early to plan you next ski trip to the Evergreen at The Thompson House in Windham, NY.  If you plan on skiing a lot (more) next year, we offer a season rental that will save you money next ski season. Rentals are available from local places, including Windham Mountain Outfitters.

If you would like to visit The Thompson House and Windham, NY before next winter, we are open as a family resort from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend. In the summer we offer full breakfast and dinner, many activities, fun games, large outdoor heated pool, discount golf ticket to Windham Country Club and Christman’s Pleasant Valley Golf Course, and much much more. Plan our next family vacation, family reunion, golf outing, or corporate retreat at The Thompson House Resort in Windham, NY.

The great northern Catskill Mountains will be adding much more fun this summer with the addition of 5 miles of multi-purpose trails at the Elm Ridge trails. Windham Mountain is adding to their activities with 4 Mountain Bike trails and 2 trick parks. Not to mention the 2015 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup in Windham, NY, with the best racer from all over the world competing in Cross Country and Downhill races.

Again, thank you everyone who was able to join us for the 2014/15 ski season. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us at the Evergreen at The Thompson House in Windham, NY. We hope to see you again next winter, if not this summer.
